Test Automation, QA Planning and Management
and Performance Test Independent Consultants:
SmarteSoft has an ongoing need worldwide for Independent Consultants
with Test Automation, QA Planning and Management and Performance Test
expertise with commercial experience.
If you have at least 2 years experience with any of the above, have
excellent skills and a great work ethic, and would like to work with

Jr. Quality Assurance Engineer:
SmarteSoft is looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer.
You’ll be responsible for testing our suite of test automation
software products, and working with the development team to make sure
that each release is the highest possible quality. If you’re looking
for a dynamic small company environment in which to advance your software
career, we’d love to talk to you.
Primary Responsibilities
- Write test plans and test cases
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Work with development to isolate problems to their root cause
Additional Responsibilities
- Review and improve technical documentation
- Occasionally provide product technical support both pre- and post-
sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in a Windows environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with a scripting language (such as JavaScript, Lua, Python,
etc.) is a plus
- Proficiency in a UNIX/Linux environment is a plus
