SmarteSoft Continues Global Expansion, Opens Melbourne Office and Hires Additional Key Resources

AUSTIN, TX - SmarteSoft, Inc., the industry leader for easy to use, rapid-development software test automation products and services, has again expanded its global reach with the opening of a new office in Melbourne, Australia and the hiring of two key resources.

The Melbourne office will serve as another central point for SmarteSoft's research & development, sales and technical support functions, and will be headed up by new hire Keith Walls, Director of Technology & Support, SmarteSoft Australia.

Walls worked in the U.S. for most of his career, most recently as CTO and VP of Research & Development for several storage firms, and was the file system architect for OpenVMS.

Grant joins SmarteSoft as a Regional Sales Manager out of Chicago and will focus efforts primarily on the healthcare market in response to the company's expansion into that industry. Formerly with Original Software and Tegrity, Grant has more than 12 years of sales and management experience and a successful record of driving software and hardware business with Fortune 1000 companies.
